i woke up feeling bloated. nde ko alam kung dahil sobrang dami ng kinain ko kagabi at nde natunaw o talaga lang wala akong appetite. i tried to take a few bites of the breakfast food my hubby prepared, pero nasusuka talaga ako. nope, i didn't vomitted, but i feel like it. nde ko ma-explain eh. =(

at work, my stomach really felt awful and i profusely excrete so much saliva. i wonder if this is the one that they refer to as morning sickness. if it is, bakit kaya hanggang halos buong araw ay napi-feel ko siya??? ;)

i received a phone call from my hubby just before lunchtime and he asked me why i took very little breakfast. i told him about my dilemma and how naduduwal at naglalaway i am, just thinking of the how the fried food (the cooking oil, specifically) tastes like. sabi ng hubby ko, bka daw nauulol na ako kaya ganun. hmp! kainis talaga. still, to be able to lessen the feeling of throwing up, i had to take some food in. i ordered mushroom soup and fresh orange juice from our office canteen. i squeezed in some lemon to the soup. sarap huh! lasang goto sa pilipinas. of course, nothing compares to Gotoking, but the lemon brings out the flavour in the soup. the fresh orange juice was quite good as well. i don't have anything in mind to compare it from, but it sure is convenient to drink fresh fruit juices without you having to do the squeezing yourself. i wonder kung naka-gloves ang nag-squeeze ng juice ko??? maybe not, masarap eh! hihi.

come dinner time, i just don't have the energy to cook. i was too exhausted. however, been craving for sinigang with gabi. my hubby and i scouted abu dhabi pinoy restos for beef sinigang with gabi. but no avail (with disappointed-and-sad-look). i just settled for a beef sinigang with matching daing na bangus in Tagpuan. that's the best that we could find. hay. i really, really miss my mother's lutong-bahay. waahhh..... however, i appreciated how my hubby tried to satisfy my cravings. we stopped by a vegetable store and bought oranges, banana (kasi 1 piece lang, hehe) and grapes! i even asked him to get the odd fruit that looks like lemon but was not lemon, and he complied without question or complaints. =)
